Cautious Economy Calls for ROBUST Marketing

In this "challenged" economy, "status quo" WON'T get the job done! You've got to pull out all the stops. You've got to look under EVERY rock. You've got to take the challenge head on without blinking. Are there still CUSTOMERS out there...YES! Are there still JOBSPROJECTS and ORDERS out there...YES!! Are there still BUDGETS out there....YES!!!
 
All that being said, times are tough for many if not most of us. You MUST, repeat, MUST give 110%. If there was ever a time to review and perhaps rewrite your business plan, this could be it. The OPERATIVE word is STRATEGIZE. Create strategic initiatives regarding client acquisition, client retention, client satisfaction and client referrals. Get OUT OF THE OFFICE and go VISIT THE CLIENT!!! What a concept...actually visit your clients and see what makes them tick. Get a better feel for their business model. Make some recommendations for improvement based on concepts that you KNOW work in these economic times.
 
While these times ARE challenging, they can also be very REWARDING. Helping steer a client in the right direction and perhaps making a difference between their success and failure can be one of the most rewarding things that you'll ever accomplish in business.
